Below is the average delivery timeframe for all our parcels.
Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 business days to process it. On weekdays this is usually one business day, but orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.
After your order has been processed, it will be dispatched. Average delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch.
We strive to make ordering and delivery as easy as possible. If you have any questions or feedback, please contact our customer service team. Below we explain how your order is processed and delivered. Please note: our goods are shipped from our warehouse in Asia.
Placing an order
Ordering at Avira-Living is simple. Go to the product page and add the item you want to your cart by clicking the black “Add to cart” button.
Please check you’ve selected the correct variants. If everything looks right, click “Checkout.” On the information page, enter your correct address details. Once these are correct, click “Continue to shipping.”
On the Shipping page you can review your address details. Note that every shipment is sent free of charge. As a thank you to our customers, we always cover shipping and delivery costs. Click “Continue to payment” to proceed.
At the payment step you can choose from several payment methods. At Ivory & Ink Brisbane, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, which means you can always rely on a secure payment environment.
After selecting your preferred payment method, click “Complete order.” You’ll be redirected to your chosen payment provider—follow the instructions there to finalise your purchase. If you run into any issues, you can always contact us.
Shipping costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered 100% free to your door. There is no minimum order value required.
